1. Fork this repo and create a branch from GOODv1. Reference: Practical steps to add a new ood algorithm.

2. Updated APIs should include documentations.

3. Please add tests and test your algorithm properly. Training test is necessary (Small batch size on cpu).

4. Ensure the all tests passed.

5. Make sure your code lints.
